AI triage on every request

Routed reads each request and picks the team, category, priority and type. Confident answers are applied; unsure ones are suggested for a person to check.

Custom fields the AI fills in

Give each team the fields it needs, like amount, affected system or location. Routed fills them from the request text, so nobody retypes details.

Asks for what's missing

List what each category needs, such as an invoice number and due date. Routed asks for anything missing before the request is sent, and ticks it off when the person replies.

Requests in plain English

People describe what they need in their own words, or dictate it. No long forms or dropdowns to work through first.

Flags what's urgent

Possible phishing, work that's stopped and frustrated requesters are flagged straight away, and security issues jump to the top.
